Very good!

Love these kind of games! Took me 28 days, could have been 27 if I had balanced my ship a little better...oh wells, great game!

Once in awhile you get the ass end of luck.
Hit 2 islands, then 3 sharks, then a seagull flips you upside down. It happens ;)

Meh

Pretty good idea but it would have been cool with some animations. The preloader was pretty boring, with a Zelda theme it could've been cooler. The graphics were so so, maybe a better resolution could have made it better.

Oh, believe me. If I were making this game for Newgrounds, it would have had 100 levels, some of which were impossible without complicated power plays or carefully acrued power-ups. But this game is for a contest. And the contest wants 5 year olds to be able to play it. So I had to make some compromises. I'm glad you liked it anyway. :) That was the most I could hope for.
